Alpharus Health Purchases 315 N. Racine For Permanent Chicago Office

Chicago, IL, Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alpharus Health has purchased the building at 315 N. Racine Avenue in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood to establish a permanent home in the city where the organization's mission first began in 1968. The acquisition marks an important milestone for the nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, reinforcing its longstanding commitment to Chicago while creating new opportunities to expand access to care for residents across the region.

For nearly six decades, Chicago has served as the foundation of the organization's work helping people impacted by substance use and mental health conditions. What began as a grassroot effort has grown into a leading behavioral healthcare organization serving communities across the country. The purchase of 315 N. Racine represents a meaningful investment in both the organization's future and the city where its story began.
